This Shipping Terms document applies to all orders placed through our online store. Trinovela (hereinafter referred to as “we”) aims to provide clear and reliable shipping information to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Delivery coverage

  • Our store currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

  • Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.

Shipping fees

  • Orders with a total value above GBP 130 qualify for free shipping

  • Orders GBP 130 or below (including GBP 130) are charged a flat shipping fee of GBP 15.99

Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed clearly at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order cut-off time

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Europe/London, GMT/BST).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next available business day

Order processing time

All orders require a processing time of 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangement.

Estimated delivery timeframe

Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–12 business days. This timeframe is calculated from the shipment dispatch date.

Shipping carrier

We use UPS as our logistics carrier to handle deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Order number

  • Payment summary

  • Shipping carrier details

You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website. Enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view the latest order status.

Responsibility statement

  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been shipped, delivery details cannot be modified or cancelled.
