  • Shipping fees: Orders ≤ GBP 130 incur GBP 15.99, orders over GBP 130 are free.

  • Shipping method and timeframe: UPS, estimated 7–12 business days.

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 18:00 Monday to Friday are processed the same day; orders placed after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed the next business day.

  • Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped should follow the return process after delivery.

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cost: Shipping for product issues is covered by us; shipping for no-reason returns is covered by the customer.
